HOW I CAN HELP YOU
My aim is to help you improve your well-being. I’ll assist you in exploring whatever is bothering you and support you in finding new ways of managing.
I know from personal experience that taking that first step to go to counselling can be daunting. I also know how liberating it can be to talk to someone who is not family or friend.
I hope to offer you a place of safety and compassion, free from judgement, where you can share your concerns, consider them from different perspectives, make positive changes and grow as a person.
I also aspire to provide a therapeutic relationship instilled with warmth, energy and humour.
I don’t believe you’re broken and I’m not here to fix you. You’re probably just stuck and need the time and space to reflect on your problems of living.
I welcome individuals of different ages, cultures, gender and sexual orientation.
I'm a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
WHERE I WORK
I work online and in person from a private practice in Battersea Rise in Wandsworth, South West London. Clapham Junction station
is just a short stroll away, and there are numerous buses that pass the practice.
I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life and life stages from students, to young professionals, to stay-at-home parents, to senior executives. I’ve also had a corporate career, worked as a language teacher, held volunteering roles, and raised a family: all of which help me understand my clients and their challenges.
I‘m British but have lived in six countries across four continents. I grew up speaking English at home and French outside the home. I’m therefore interested in cultural issues, and the difficulties of living outside one’s home country. I speak French and English and provide therapy in

"Having been slightly skeptical of counselling before speaking to Linda, Linda was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable from our very first session, completely changing my ideas on counselling in general.
She helped immensely with some of the issues I was facing and was very flexible with her schedule, even accommodating an emergency appointment for me.
She was patient and let me process things in my own time. I couldn't recommend her enough, I still use some of the tools and coping mechanisms we worked on together on a daily basis."
