MY APPROACH
I tailor my approach to each client’s needs. I’m a person-centred and integrative counsellor. This means that I believe you have the skills to overcome the challenges you’re facing. I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches (see below) to help you flourish.

I’ve experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, relationship issues, infertility issues, work-related issues, family conflict, parenting, abuse, cultural issues, self-esteem, emotional unavailability, men’s issues, women’s issues, life-coaching and personal development.

I work with individuals aged 18 and above. I work both face-to-face and online. I also offer ‘Walk and Talk Therapy’ on Clapham or Wandsworth Common if you prefer to be outdoors during Covid, or just like being in nature.

I offer a free, 10-minute, phone chat before you commit to a face-to-face or online appointment.
I offer both long- and short-term therapy. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Freedom Technique (“tapping”), Person-Centred Therapy, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. I also use my Gottman Method Couples Therapy training to help individuals strengthen their relationships.
